Planning your project

We collect the contact details, property address, project preferences, and photos you provide. These help the team respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and manage your job. Agreements, signatures, payments, and receipts become part of the project record when those features are used.

Property photos and AI concepts

Upload photos you have permission to share. Avoid including people, license plates, or documents that are not needed for your project. If you authorize AI concepts, property photos and relevant project instructions are sent to the selected AI service to generate previews. These are planning illustrations; the team must confirm the actual scope and site conditions.

Permission to generate a concept is separate from permission to publish your photos in a public portfolio.

Services involved

The app uses service providers for hosting, record and file storage, maps and address lookup, email, and AI processing. Information needed for those functions is processed by those services. Opening a map or entering an address can send location information to Google Maps. Proposal and agreement links give access to the linked record; share them only with intended recipients.

Records and requests

Contact Pools of Dreams to ask about the information held for your project, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future AI concepts. The team may need to verify your identity. Some project, agreement, and accounting records may need to be retained; ask the team which retention requirements apply to your records.
